The Chester Housing Authority (CHA) hosted 40 children for a holid party on December 18 at the Ruth L. Bennett Community Center.  

The children – who all attend the Enrichment Academy Childcare and Learning Center – met and ate lunch with Santa, decorated cookies with Mrs. Claus and the elves, and received free Christmas gear, including Santa hats and stockings.This is the third year CHA is hosting the holiday event for Enrichment Academy children. The child care center operates within the Bennett development. The end-of-year event further highlights CHA's commitment to Chester's youth, who receive computer coding classes and hands-on experience at the Bennett community farm from the housing authority.
