T?he Farm Service Agency (FSA) is a national network of offices under the jurisdiction of the USDA. The FSA performs many functions, such as implementing agricultural policy, managing farm marketing programs, and administering credit and loan programs. Jessica Gerhart and Melissa Webreck, will present on the resources and programs available to urban farm producers through the FSA.
